Pumpkin Scones

I had a hankering for pumpkin scones this morning, and a little quick Googling turned up several options.  The problem is, all the recipes call for 1/2 cup pumpkin, or 2/3 cup pumpkin or something like that. This is a strange one to be thankful for…  I’m not even exactly sure what it is. It pops up at the end of the apostles’ creed along with the much more touted forgiveness and resurrection.  There’s no explanation, no rationale; it’s just there. It’s not a phrase I often think about, but it’s crossed…
