No real recipes here today, just links to two salad dressing recipes on other sites that I whipped up for my Valentine’s Day dinner party earlier this year. Spring salads will soon be on their way, so I thought it would be good to pass these along now.
The first is a raspberry vinaigrette that only calls for three ingredients. Super quick and easy, and people are way too impressed that it’s homemade. 😉
The other is a mustard dressing from Martha Stewart. (I didn’t actually make the salad, just the dressing that goes with it.) The original recipe calls for Dijon mustard, but I used some whole grain mustard that I had on hand, and it turned out very well. This one only has three ingredients, too (if you don’t count the salt and pepper!).
